I don't think I am suicidal, but I think about it constantly... is that normal, I am assuming it's just a personality trait, but my ex girlfriend got scared and my mother has been worried for a while because I think about it. I understand their concern, but is it something to actually worry about?
I am sorry if this is a dumb question but I can't really ask anyone because I'll come off cryptic and weird.
There's a difference between being suicidal and contemplating mortality. Just because you think about what it would be like to die doesn't mean something's wrong, in fact this is a very normal and human thing to do. However, if you are contemplating THE ACT of suicide and performing it then I would seriously recommend talking to someone soon.
YOU are beautiful.
YOU are good.
YOU are loved.
YOU are sweet.
YOU are peace.
God blsuicide contentess you and Merry Christmas!
First of all I would go see a counselor or psychiatrist immediately pronto, Have someone you can trust take you right away. This sounds extreme, and you do want to get better.
First of all let me ASK, are you depressed, like you have no feelings for anything interesting, sleep a lot, hardly be social, and don't find life interesting at all, well then
GO SEE a doctor or a counselor, and better yet, go to emergency to see a psychiatrist RIGHT AWAY.
They will counsel you, ask you questions, and prescribe a medication. I would also go to counseling if they suggest it as well.
*are you have troubles at home?
*is there domestic violence?
*Do you cut, or do harm to yourself?
*do you overeat, or are you bulimic?
**these are just a number of things that can be associated with depression.
PLEASE DEAR FRIENsuicide contentD, go to emergency and get yourself help right away. Do not be embarrased. Perhaps in all your depression, that is why you are not doing so well because a lack of concentration or lack of interest.
I wish you well, happiness, and joy. God bless and hang in there.
I CARE!!
Depression makes you lonely, because you feel like you are the only person suffering, BUT you are not millions suffer, but they can get help with stress releif, counseling, and meds.
Also, think about this: YOU WANT TO END THE PAIN, BUT NOT YOUR LIFE. It's the pain that hurts, it's what is triggered in your brain, but your body is telling you NO!. Please do not do it.
You call also call a suicide help hotline, too. Please listen, and take a friend with you or your dad, bf, gf or whoever is supportive of YOU!
