windows xp pro bluetooth driverWhy does IE stops working after installing bluetooth drivers for windows xp?

I have windows xp pro.
I installed bluetooth drivers for nano bluetooth dongle. It works almost fine. However, after adding a device, a cellphone, Internet explorer stopped working and says "the web page you request is not available offline, to view this page click Connect". "work offline" option is NOT ticked.......so why does that happen?

I don't use IE but still, I don't want to have that browser damaged.

Is there any way to repair/solve/fix it?
It has Nothing to do with XP Pro. windows xp pro bluetooth driverYou think you have issues now, switch to Windows 7! Also- YOU have a setting wrong and thats why IE is giving you that message. Also IE is rather "buggy" itself which is why it has no popularity. Ok now in the "Connections" you need to integrate the protocol with dongle vs offline/online. You needed to have restarted your PC as well. Check the Setting via IE and 2rd Party Devices so the IE can deem the proper protocols. Ive been using my cell Va Data S=3 packet via Internet. It was a bit quirwindows xp pro bluetooth driverky but did you ready the Data Longs that WIndows has to tel you what "error" or "erros" occured?
Go to Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Event Viewer
(debug any Issue(s) that were logged)Its all very easy to do.

Hope this helped
Take care
I assume you are using the cell phone as a modem,is the cell internet enabled as it seems it is not connecting to the internet that is why it is saying ''the web page etc because there is no internet connection.
