Limewire? That's a horrible site. People who go to LW thinking they'bee mp3.comll save a few bucks on music will end up losing more when LW malware destroys their computers.
LW baits people with name-recognition - it's simply the most recognizable of the peer-share network apps, and viruses aside, it's clearly inferior to WinMX (still going stronbee mp3.comg) and eMule.
Besides downloading free music, you can also record streaming audio from sites like LastFM, Youtube or websites for radio stations. Audacity can be used to record and edit streaming audio.
